Yes, today and everyday is a gift from the Lord. I want to get in better shape and I hope that you do, too. Come to this blog often to find information about health–physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

I’ve been spending the last four years studying various sources to help me understand what I can do to improve myself. Come to this blog to learn what I’ve learned through my studies.
